starlabs - Terms of Service

1Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using any starlabs software — including StarTicket, StarAIO, and StarExtension — you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our products.

2Service Description

StarTicket ($45 USD/month) — Desktop application for ticket purchasing automation
StarAIO ($45 USD/month) — Desktop application for product monitoring
StarExtension (included with StarTicket) — Chrome extension for ticket monitoring and session relay

All subscriptions billed monthly through starlvbs.com.

3License & Usage

3.1 License Grant

Upon payment, starlabs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the purchased software for personal use.

3.2 Device Limits

StarAIO: One (1) device at a time
StarTicket: One (1) desktop + one (1) extension simultaneously

3.3 Prohibited Conduct

Share, sell, or transfer your license key
Reverse engineer, decompile, or redistribute the software
Circumvent device limits or technical protections
Use the software for unlawful purposes

4Billing

Monthly billing in USD through Whop
Auto-renews unless cancelled before next cycle
Cancel anytime — access continues until end of paid period
Pricing may change with 30 days' notice

5Third-Party Disclaimer

starlabs is not affiliated with PuntoTicket, Ticketmaster, or any ticketing platform. We do not guarantee ticket availability or successful purchases. You are responsible for your own transactions and compliance with third-party terms.

6Termination

starlabs may suspend or terminate your license without refund if you violate these Terms, share your license key, or engage in abusive behavior.

7Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. STARLABS DOES NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION, OR THAT ANY PARTICULAR RESULT WILL BE OBTAINED.

8Limitation of Liability

STARLABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. MAXIMUM AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED FEES PAID IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9Intellectual Property

All code, design, branding, and content are the exclusive property of starlabs.

10Governing Law

Governed by the laws of Chile. Disputes subject to the courts of Santiago.
