1Digital Products
All starlabs products are digital software delivered electronically. There are no physical goods to return.
2Refund Eligibility
Eligible for Refund
24-hour window on first purchase. You may request a full refund within 24 hours of your first purchase if the software does not function as described or a technical issue prevents usage that we cannot resolve.
Not Eligible for Refund
No refunds after 24 hours, for TOS violations, change of mind, third-party platform changes, failed ticket purchases, partial months, or renewal charges on subsequent months.
3Cancellation
- Cancel anytime through your Whop account
- Access continues until end of current paid period
- No proration for remaining days
- Cancellation does not entitle refunds for past cycles
4How to Request a Refund
- Contact us through support at support@starlvbs.com
- Provide your license key or username and describe the issue
- We respond within 48 hours
- Approved refunds processed through Whop (5-10 business days)
5Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback instead of contacting us will result in immediate license revocation and permanent ban. Please reach out to us first.
